We can create any event stream with or without a live audience.
Either we can arrange to live stream your existing event, or help you create one from scratch. We stream any type of event regardless of your staging or audience size. It can even be set up and streamed from a studio or from your own premise’s. If needed, we can also film your event in advance for streaming at a later time or date. Or we can stream live and then make the recordings available for a period of time afterwards. Both options work particularly well with more international audiences across different time zones.
SUSTAINABLE SYSTEMS
All our designs use a flexible modular system created using aluminium frames and structures covered in a printed fabric skin. The result is exciting design and flawless graphics.

THOMAS DUDLEY CASE STUDY
Big Blue 8 were tasked with producing an exhibition stand for the KBB (Kitchen & Bathroom) Show at the NEC in Birmingham. This was to introduce ‘Tyde’, the new branding for Thomas Dudley’s plumbing and heating parts division. Our solution, a modular design that included over 80% of re-usable materials and items. We created the design and screen content for what the client considered a ground breaking stand.
In addition, we designed and constructed the stand to be re-purposed for the remaining exhibition programme for the year.
Virtual Delegate Experience
As a virtual delegate, each invitee will have an experience as near to the live event as possible. Having downloaded the Events Genie app in advance, delegates can navigate the event through an interactive agenda which will prompt two-way communication through questions, voting and feedback. Each live streamed session will also be accessed via this agenda function too.
Virtual delegates can view the programme over a number of devices and it is also possible for delegates to watch the streamed event on a monitor or larger screen for multiple/group/team viewings, whilst simultaneously interacting using the app on their smart phone or tablet.
Virtual delegates will be able to choose elements of the published programme most relevant to their areas of interest, or simply watch the whole thing. These is also a chat room facility where delegates can share thoughts and opinions or post suggestions.
Event Zone Live
We can create the event stream with or without a live audience. BB8 will be on hand at the Live Host Site to control all streaming elements. We will set up and test all the production and streaming equipment and will have dedicated crew and engineers on hand.
The plenary presentations and discussions are filmed using multiple broadcast cameras. This creates a more interesting and varied programme for remote viewers to watch.
Other elements such as workshops or exhibitions can also be accommodated in the streaming programme.
You also have the option to use standard or HD streaming or even create a more immersive experience with our ‘Event Zone Live 360°’ service that puts your delegates in the audience.
Events Genie
Our ‘Events Genie’ app is used as the interactive interface for real and virtual delegates.
It hosts live streaming and two-way interaction using a closed and secure system, only accessible by registered audience members. The app is web based and can therefore be accessed across most device platforms – from standard laptops/desktop PCs to iPads and phones.
The app functionality includes:
- Live Streaming
- Live Q&A participation
- Polling and voting
- Interactive agenda (sessions will be streamed live from within this agenda)
- Messaging and chat room
- Speaker profiles
- Sponsor profiles (if required)
- Post event feedback
- Post event content downloads
- Venue information (for the live audience)
- Live alerts and notifications (streaming start time reminders, prompts for feedback, questions etc.)
Our app provides a convenient and simple tool to control all digital elements of the event and will be event designed to incorporate your brand or logo(s).
